Human Resources Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
? Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
? Manage employee data, payroll processing, and benefits administration using iSolved.
? Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
? Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
? Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
? Assist in performance management processes, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
? Prepare HR reports and analytics using iSolved.
? Support compliance efforts, including audits, reporting, and policy updates.
Qualifications:
? 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or administration.
? Proficiency in iSolved HR/Payroll system is required.
? Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Loop, Planner).
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
? HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
