About the Job: We are looking to expand our pool of tutors in the Hillsborough County district area for the upcoming school year. This includes: Ruskin, Riverview, Tampa, and Plant City. You will provide support in elementary schools, middle schools or high schools!

In-Person Programs: $18/hr - $22/hr
Plus: The opportunity to earn a program completion bonus of up to 10% of your total program earnings.

Qualities We Seek:
Passion for Learning: Dedicated to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students.
Strong Academics: Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school (or virtual program) and participate in monthly training.
Collaborative Spirit: Ready to work alongside teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success.
