Terms: Short Term Contract (1 month)
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $50/hr.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless transfer of data and maintaining data integrity during the migration process.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and objectives.
ā¢ Extract, analyze, and cleanse data from the current ATS system to prepare it for migration.
ā¢ Develop data mapping and transformation processes to ensure data compatibility between the current and target ATS systems.
ā¢ Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
ā¢ Work closely with the IT team and vendors to facilitate the smooth transfer of data between systems.
ā¢ Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or discrepancies, implementing appropriate solutions.
ā¢ Perform post-migration data quality checks to ensure data integrity in the new ATS platform.
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ā¢ Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with specific experience in ATS data migration.
ā¢ Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
ā¢ Familiarity with various ATS platforms and their data structures.
ā¢ Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
ā¢ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
