Responsible for:
•Vendor QMS qualification
•NPI qualification
•CMP governance
•Review vendor’s quality control documents and monitor their implementation
•Vendor output quality performance verification
•Problem solving and SCAR management if any
•Customer complaint handling if any
•Other works assigned
