Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with online shopping platforms and chat software
Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics
Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection
Salary:
