Job Overview As a Remote Registered Nurse (RN) with our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our members receive the care and support they need. Based in Johnstown, PA, this part-time, PRN role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and professional fulfillment. You will be responsible for responding to member inquiries, conducting triage assessments, and collaborating with on-call physicians, all while maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls from members, addressing their needs promptly and effectively, and providing empathetic support when required. Conduct triage assessments over the phone and during home visits, utilizing your clinical expertise to determine the best course of action for each member. Collaborate with on-call physicians to ensure comprehensive care, discussing member conditions, and implementing treatment plans as necessary. Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations. Provide high-quality patient care with a compassionate approach, understanding the unique needs and circumstances of each member. Essential Qualifications & Skills To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid RN license in Pennsylvania and a current driver's license. Additionally, you should have: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with members and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Proficiency in conducting triage assessments, with a keen sense of judgment and decision-making. The ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records, with a high level of organizational skill.
