Senior Graphic Designer / Art Supervisor – Remote Contract Location: Fully Remote (Must be available 9am – 5:30pm ET)Duration: ASAP through December 23, 2025, with potential extension through January/February 2026Hours: 35-40 hours per weekEmployment Type: Freelance About the Role We are seeking an experienced Group Art Supervisor with a strong background specifically in pharmaceutical agency work. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise art direction efforts across multiple client projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Translate complex scientific research, data, and terminology into clear, visually compelling creative assets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative directors, copywriters, and account managers. Manage creative timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations. Bring senior-level vision and leadership to guide and mentor junior team members. Maintain flexibility to work potential nights and weekends – a strong plus. Qualifications: Must have proven experience working specifically within pharmaceutical agency environments. Experience limited to healthcare marketing alone is not sufficient. Deep familiarity with scientific research, medical data, and pharmaceutical industry terminology. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in pharma-specific creative work. Ability to work fully remote with a reliable workstation and own laptop.
