Job Summary:UnitedHealth Group is looking for part-time Call Center Nurse RNs for a remote role based in Milwaukee, WI. This position is perfect for Registered Nurses who wish to make a difference from the comfort of their home, providing essential telehealth services. You’ll assess patient needs, provide advice, and support patient care remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic health assessments and triage patient concerns
Deliver clinical advice based on established protocols
Guide patients on health conditions, treatments, and medications
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA compliance
Compensation & Benefits:
$21.50 per hour

Qualifications:
Active RN license (valid in any U.S. state)
Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
