Our law clerks work closely with our attorneys through every stage of our litigated cases. We offer true substantive experience by way of legal research, pleading and discovery drafting, and law and motion practice. We are seeking... excellent writers, careful researchers, and those eager to learn the ins and outs of civil litigation. Law Clerk 1L, 2L and 3L are distinguished by level of substantive work given to the employee. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Drafting demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and motions • Conducting legal research • Reviewing document productions • Assisting with other tasks regarding hearings on motions, trials, etc • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • *To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
