Job Title: Remote Dispatcher and Customer Service Agent Location: Remote - Oregon Residents Only (Preferred within 30 miles of Portland) Pay Rate: $18.50/hour Start Date: August 2025 Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer service calls with professionalism and urgency Accurately dispatch technicians to service locations based on customer needs Maintain up-to-date records in our system through efficient data entry Communicate via phone and email, using Microsoft Outlook and other platforms Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Training Schedule: Week 1 & 2: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Week 3 & 4: Tuesday - Saturday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM Post-Training Schedules Options (Full-Time): Schedule 1: Wednesday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Schedule 2: Friday - Tuesday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Schedule 3: Tuesday - Saturday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Schedule 4: Thursday - Sunday, 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Position Requirements: Must reside in Oregon (Preferred: within 30 miles of Portland) - exceptions considered for highly qualified candidates elsewhere in the state Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Computer proficiency, including daily use of Microsoft Outlook and the full Office Suite Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting Why Work With Us?
