1:1 Pediatric Remote Physical Therapy - North Carolina
Provide specialized telehealth physical therapy services to a student with full-time mobility needs via a 100% remote setting. This contract role offers the opportunity to deliver focused, one-on-one pediatric care within a supportive and communicative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Deliver individualized physical therapy sessions emphasizing mobility, positioning, and access for a student who uses a wheelchair
⢠Provide consistent, client-centered telehealth services throughout the school year
⢠Collaborate effectively with educational staff through virtual communication to optimize therapy outcomes
⢠Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and organizational guidelines
Qualifications:
⢠Valid North Carolina Physical Therapy License
⢠Experience with pediatric physical therapy, particularly in school or telehealth settings
⢠Strong understanding of mobility support techniques and wheelchair accessibility
⢠Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with school personnel and family
Work Schedule and Details:
⢠Contract period: August 17, 2026 May 13, 2027 (2026-2027 school year)
⢠30 minutes to 1 hour of teletherapy per week, allowing for a flexible schedule
⢠Remote position located in Sanford, NC
