We are specifically looking for people that are working with integrity, growth mindset, willing to read and work on personal development, motivated, driven to exceed, coachable, and be willing to do whatever it takes to be successful.
WHAT WE DO: We sell simplified issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about making their mortgage payments if something happens to them (death, disability, etc.). We also offer retirement income and savings strategies as well as debt consolidation plans.
All leads filled out a form requesting this information, and right now we have more leads than we do field underwriters/agents!
MUST: Have, or be willing/able to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance Producers License (assistance is provided).
MUST: Be willing to travel to Denver, CO for National Training Conference in September (annually).
WHAT YOU MAKE
Part Time Agents make approximately 60k-80k+ the first year
Full Time Agents make approximately 120k-175k+ first year
Agency Owners with consistent promotions every 2-3 months generate passive income $200-500k+ in 3-5 years.
