As a Member Concierge, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional coordination between our members and providers for our Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention services.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate intake, navigation services, and administrative support for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention programs
Provide exceptional customer service to members via telephone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Verify program eligibility, complete assessments, and obtain member payment responsibilities
Schedule appointments, coordinate technical support, and ensure a seamless member experience
Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to all legal and compliance requirements
Participate in employee and company meetings to foster teamwork and discuss issues
Assist with administrative duties related to Virtual Physical Therapist recruitment
Requirements:
High school diploma required; 1+ year of experience in Call Center or similar Customer Service operations, preferably in a Managed Care or Health Care environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant interruptions
Demonstrated ability to exercise strict confidentiality and maintain accurate records
