Technical Skills

1. Experience in leading QA architecture and strategy across Functional, Regression, API, UI, Performance, and Security testing
2.Experience in defining and governing automation frameworks: Hybrid frameworks (Keyword + Data‑Driven), Page Object Model (POM) and reusable automation components etc.
3. Experience in architecting and standardizing enterprise automation tools:SmartBear TestComplete, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium / PyTest, ReadyAPI etc.
4. Experience in leading API testing strategy: REST & SOAP service validation, Data‑driven API testing, API security validation, CI‑based API automation and reporting etc.
5. Experience in performance and NFR architecture using: LoadRunner (VuGen) and JMeter etc.
6. Experience in defining security and code quality governance from a QA perspective:SonarQube quality gates, Black Duck OSS risk and compliance checks etc.
7. Experience in integrating QA quality gates into CI/CD pipelines using: Azure DevOps / Jira / Zephyr / Confluence, End‑to‑end traceability from requirements to test execution etc.
8. Experience in leveraging GenAI for QA acceleration: Functional documentation, acceptance criteria, and test scenario generation, Structured prompts, validation workflows, and governance

1.Experienced in leading and influencing cross‑functional teams across QA, Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Platform groups.
2. Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate quality, automation, and NFR risks into clear business and delivery impacts.
3. Ownership mindset with accountability for end‑to‑end quality outcomes, test strategy decisions, and release readiness.
4. Proven ability to drive standardization and governance across teams while balancing delivery speed and quality.
5. Strong decision‑making and prioritization skills, especially under tight timelines and competing quality risks.
6. Ability to mentor and upskill QA and automation teams, enforcing best practices, frameworks, and quality standards.
7. Comfortable operating in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple applications, tools, and dependencies.
8. Collaborative leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable quality outcomes.
