Motion designer/2D Animator

Weare currently expanding our team and are looking for an Motion designer/2D Animatorfor mobile apps and web sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ā¢ Creating engaging animations and UI micro interactions;
ā¢ Animation of interface elements and characters;
ā¢ Creating/generating arts (backgrounds, icons, logotypes);
ā¢ Interaction with team members to integrate animation into the project;
ā¢ Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines.
Required Hard/Soft Skills:
ā¢ Spine 2D (skins, constraints, work with sequences, work with mesh and weights, pseudo 3D effect);
ā¢ Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effect;
ā¢ Having an up-to-date portfolio;
ā¢ Knowledge and ability to apply the principles of animation;
ā¢ Ability to work with references and analyze them personal qualities: the ability to sensibly assess one's own strengths when estimating time and preparing for a task;
ā¢ Analytical thinking;
ā¢ Knowledge of the Physical mechanics and optical physics.
