100% Remote: AI/ML Engineer role opens with my client

Job Details: Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+Months Contract CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Architect and develop high-quality backend services in Python using FastAPI and Celery. • Implement asynchronous task and workflow processing with Celery + Redis. • Design and maintain data models and persistence in MongoDB. • Develop and evolve AI-agent workflow orchestration using LangGraph / LangChain (tool calling, state machines, memory, guardrails, etc.). • Containerize services with Docker, deploy/operate in Kubernetes (cloud and hybrid/on-prem patterns). • Build reliable, well-versioned APIs used by the UI and AI agents (auth, tenancy, rate limiting, observability). • Improve system performance and reliability for high-throughput event ingestion and enrichment. • Partner closely with product + security SMEs to translate SOC needs into durable backend capabilities. EXPERIENCE: • 3-7+ years of backend engineering practice. • Thorough understanding of GitFlow and Agile development methodologies. • Capable of owning entire features end-to-end and explaining development to stakeholders and customers. • Experience integrating or working alongside security platforms like CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Splunk, Cribl, or ServiceNow (SNow). • Familiarity with observability practices: metrics, tracing, structured logging, and debugging distributed systems.
