Responsibilities Manage your own caseload under the supervision of either a senior attorney or partner Research and draft legal briefs, discovery and coverage opinions Attend court hearings, argue motions, take and defend depositions, trial preparation and second chair or conduct trials depending on experience Client interaction and development opportunities Skills J.D. from an ABA accredited Law School Active CA Bar License in Good Standing Valid Driver's license Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint Good attitude with professional appearance and demeanor Experience in property coverage, BI and bad faith defense Benefits 401(k) with 3% matching upon eligibility, even without contribution from the employee, discretionary additional profit sharing with vesting.
