Associate Attorney

They are seeking an organized and proactive Associate Attorney to manage personal injury cases, communicate with clients, and contribute to the firm's success.ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury cases from intake through resolution (settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial)Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and case analysis to support the case strategyCommunicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidanceParticipate in litigation, including depositions, hearings, and court appearancesNegotiate with insurance companies/opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomesSkillsA JD degree & admission to and good standing with the New York Bar1+ year of experience as an Associate Attorney (litigation experience not required)Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple casesAn ability to work both independently and collaboratively1+ year of personal injury experienceBilingual in SpanishBenefitsA monthly health insurance stipend will be provided, if needed18 PTO days + firm-observed holidays (both federal and Jewish holidays)401(k) is available after 90 days.
