Name of the position: Project Manager Location: Coimbatore/ Remote No. of resources needed : 01 Mode: Contract (6 Months with possible extension) Years of experience: 8+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies Lead cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business teams Monitor project progress and track key milestones and KPIs Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and leadership teams Manage change requests and scope adjustments Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and documentation Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies Key Requirements 8+ years of experience in project management Proven experience managing end-to-end IT or software development projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
