They are seeking an experienced Zuora Developer to support subscription billing and revenue automation, focusing on implementing and enhancing Zuora Billing and its integrations, particularly with Salesforce.ResponsibilitiesConfigure, customize, and maintain Zuora Billing, including product catalog, rate plans, subscriptions, invoicing, taxation, payments, and related workflowsPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to support and optimize the SaaS subscription and order-to-revenue lifecycleSupport end-to-end order-to-revenue processes by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutionsBuild and maintain Zuora workflows, notifications, custom fields, data mappings, and Salesforce integrations, including data migration activitiesParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure system changes follow best practices, compliance standards, and internal governance requirementsSkills1+ years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Zuora Billing in a production environmentExperience with Zuora Orders and Orders APIExperience in writing solution documents, POC, and analyzing issuesExperience with quote-to-cash and financial systems such as Zuora, Salesforce (including CPQ), NetSuite, or RevProConducting demos and design walkthrough sessions with other teams and the stakeholdersA bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experienceWorking knowledge of core finance and accounting processes (e.g., Order to Cash, Record to Report)Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work while learning new technologiesExperience in Zuora Revenue, Salesforce CPQ and Mulesoft (Nice to have)Experience with data migration and cleansing (Nice to have)BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) retirement planFlexible spending & health savings accountPaid holidaysPaid time offEmployee assistance programOther company benefitsCompany OverviewSurveyMonkey is the world’s most popular platform for surveys and forms, built for business—loved by users.
