Zoom Manager, Well-Being Event for Neurodivergent Moms, Thurs., May 14, 7pm EST
We are looking for an experienced Zoom manager to provide support during our virtual event - Dear Mama, Let's Talk to our Hearts presented by When Motherhood Looks Different, LLC and Broken Hearts Restored on Thurs.,May 14, 7-9pm Eastern Standard Time. We are based in the United States on the East Coast.
Our event provides well-being support for Moms on a neurodivergent parenting journey by way of meditation, journaling and mental health resources and tools.
We need assistance with playing music as people are joining, during a short meditation (10 min.) and when slides are needed for journaling prompts and the sharing of well-being resources. The event is 2 hours. We would need the Zoom manager to arrive 20 min. before to set up.
Friendly personality, customer-service oriented, proven track record of managing and executing successful virtual events on Zoom, ability to trouble shoot and think quickly and effectively on your feet.
