SUMMARY...
The Zone Business Consultant is responsible for assuring dealership performance in the Auto buying program(s) as administered by Affinity Development Group. As the pre-eminent industry leader in providing high quality member generated referrals, we are seeking automotive professionals for areas throughout the United States.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Β Establish and emphasize member and company specific requirements of participating automotive dealers with respect to pre determined vehicle pricing, program execution and member interaction
Β Institute and continuously reinforce relationship between the company and the participating dealer network
Β Promote the company's expansion of business avenues to increase referrals to the participating dealer network
Β Provide expertise and familiarity to the industry knowledge, direction and trends.
Β Absolute attainment to mutually agreed upon objectives and forecasts
Β Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Β BA/BS or 7 years automotive sales/marketing experience
Β Automotive experience in F&I or Fixed Operations required
Β Demonstrated negotiation and resolution skills
Β Exceptional communication (verbal, written, presentation)
Β Ability to adjust to a dynamic business environment with multiple simultaneous projects emphasis
Β Willing to work irregular hours
Β Ability to travel up to 50% on a monthly basis
Β Experience with a CRM tool
Β Flexible and adaptable to change as needed
Β Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
Β Ability to work as a part of a team and individually
Β Must be self-motivated and focused
Β Able to accept performance critique and make adjustments in a positive manner
Β Current valid DriverΒs license with no major violations
Β Must have reliable vehicle to be used for business travel purposes (mileage will be compensated at current IRS rate
