About the Engagement: We’re building a documented, multi-location Marketing & RevOps framework for a home care / services business. Strategy, architecture, and governance are already owned by a Fractional Technical CMO. Your role is to implement what’s in the workbook and diagrams with precision, using native Zoho capabilities wherever possible. You will NOT be asked to “figure out the strategy.” You WILL be expected to: - Read and follow detailed lifecycle, routing, scoring, and attribution specs - Ask clear questions when something in the spec conflicts with reality in Zoho - Avoid Band-Aid fixes, unnecessary custom fields, and brittle shortcuts Core Responsibilities: - Implement lifecycle and lead status logic in Zoho CRM based on a provided Lifecycle Status Matrix - Configure lead routing rules (by market, service type, lead type, VA vs non-VA, etc.) using native Zoho automation - Implement lead scoring rules (behavioral + demographic) aligned to a documented scoring model - Map and validate Lead Source, Lead Source Detail, and Partner/Vendor fields and related logic - Configure and test forms and integrations (Zoho-native and/or existing connectors) to ensure: - UTMs and key attribution fields are captured correctly
