ZOHO CRM Consultant

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Florida (USA) We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Zoho CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Zoho applications, combined with a deep understanding of CRM processes, business workflows, and integration with third-party systems. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure the successful adoption of Zoho CRM across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho CRM, including setup, configuration, and customization. • Analyze business requirements and design tailored CRM solutions aligned with company goals. • Develop and automate workflows, blueprints, reports, dashboards, and modules within Zoho CRM. • Provide data migration support from legacy systems into Zoho CRM. • Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and provide post-implementation support. • Work with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement, scalability, and performance optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in Zoho CRM implementation and customization. • Strong understanding of CRM processes: sales pipeline, lead management, customer service, and reporting. • Hands-on experience with Zoho Deluge scripting and automation. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into CRM solutions. • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English. • Ability to manage projects independently and deliver on time. Preferred Qualifications • Zoho Certified Consultant. • Experience with data migration and database management. • Familiarity with integration tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks). • Knowledge of ERP/Finance tools and how they connect with CRM.
