Bits of your job: Administer and maintain Zendesk Support, Guide, Chat, Talk, and other tools (e.g., Explore, Sell, Sunshine) Configure and optimize settings, including triggers, automation, SLAs, custom fields, etc. Manage user roles, permissions, and groups to ensure secure and appropriate access Implement and manage Zendesk apps Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within Zendesk Stay current with Zendesk features and implement relevant updates Serve as the primary point of contact for Zendesk-related inquiries and troubleshooting Maintain thorough documentation of all configurations, processes, and integrations And other assigned tasks Requirements Key expectations: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience as a System Administrator working with customer support platforms in a complex environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Self-driven and capable of working independently and as part of a team Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken Salary: 1200-1700 €/mon. net Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
