Zapier Automation Expert Needed (CRM, Sales & Marketing Workflow Automation)

We’re looking for an experienced Zapier Automation Expert to design, build, and optimize scalable Zapier workflows that support our CRM, sales operations, and marketing automation systems.

This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands Zapier workflow design, multi-step Zaps, and business process automation using Zapier.

What You’ll Be Working On

Designing advanced Zapier automation and Zapier workflow design

Building Zapier CRM automation (including Zapier GoHighLevel and Zapier HubSpot)

Creating Zapier sales automation and sales ops automation

Implementing Zapier lead routing with conditional logic

Building Zapier multi-step Zaps with Zapier conditional logic

Using Zapier webhooks and Zapier API integrations

Setting up Zapier data sync across tools

Managing Zapier error handling and Zapier automation optimization

Creating Zapier Slack automation

Building Zapier email automation and Zapier SMS automation

Integrating Zapier Stripe integration for payments and events

Automating workflows with:

Zapier Airtable

Zapier Calendly

Zapier ClickUp

Zapier Notion

Zapier Google Workspace

Zapier Facebook Lead Ads

Zapier Webflow forms

Zapier Typeform

Supporting Zapier operations automation and Zapier business process automation

Building no-code automation systems that are clean, reliable, and scalable

Preparing workflows that are AI-ready automation systems

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Zapier

Proven background in Zapier automation

Deep understanding of Zapier workflow design

Experience with CRM automation

Strong knowledge of sales ops automation

Experience with marketing automation

Ability to build complex workflows using conditional logic, webhooks, and API integrations

Experience as an automation expert in a business environment
