YouTube Shorts Growth Strategist to Scale Webinar Registrations (10k+ subs) - Contract to Hire
Excel With Grant is one of the largest Excel + AI education brands online, with 3 million+ followers across Facebook and Instagram and a growing presence on YouTube. While we’ve been dominating with Reels on Instagram and Facebook, our YouTube Shorts strategy needs a dedicated focus. Simply reposting the same videos isn’t enough — we need a YouTube Shorts expert to help us increase reach, grow subscribers, and drive qualified webinar registrations that ultimately lead to more course sales.
We’re looking for a YouTube Shorts strategist/consultant who can analyze what’s working now, design a Shorts-first growth plan, and guide us on execution. Your focus will be on reaching new audiences through Shorts, improving discoverability, and converting that attention into webinar signups.
What You’ll Do:
• Audit our current YouTube channel, Shorts strategy, and posting approach.
• Develop a YouTube Shorts-specific growth strategy (not just reposts of Instagram reels).
• Advise on video editing style, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and posting frequency optimized for Shorts.
• Help us design campaigns that drive webinar registrations from professionals in our target audience (ages 40–60, mid-to-senior career professionals who use Excel daily).
• Provide a clear, repeatable action plan we can execute internally — with your ongoing consultation as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience growing YouTube channels through Shorts (not just long-form).
• Deep knowledge of YouTube’s algorithm, Shorts discoverability, and trending optimization.
• Experience generating leads or webinar signups via YouTube (not just views/subscribers).
• Strong communication skills — ability to break down strategy into actionable steps our team can follow.
• Weekend availability to consult, monitor, or adjust campaigns as needed.
Nice to Have:
• Background in digital course marketing, or education.
• Knowledge of cross-platform content repurposing while keeping Shorts optimized for YouTube’s audience.
