YouTube & Podcast Content Specialist (U.S.-Based | Remote)
We’re looking for a YouTube & Podcast Content Specialist to support our CEO with creating, repurposing, and managing video and podcast content across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone creative, organized, and experienced in using video to build authority and brand awareness. You’ll help strategize content ideas, assist with filming direction, edit short and long-form content, and oversee posting on YouTube, podcast platforms, and social media. Responsibilities: Help plan and strategize weekly YouTube and podcast content Assist in directing simple video shoots (what to film, angles, props, locations) Edit videos for YouTube, Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and podcast clips Help repurpose and re-post existing video content Take photos and edit them for thumbnails and social use Upload and schedule YouTube videos and podcast episodes Maintain a consistent posting schedule and help track performance Support overall content workflow to keep production organized and on time Requirements: Must be U.S.-based Experience with YouTube content, podcast management, or video editing Strong understanding of short-form and long-form video formats Ability to take and edit high-quality photos for thumbnails Familiar with posting on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts Creative, organized, and proactive with ideas Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines Apply tot his job
