• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Excellent understanding of YouTube community guidelines and policies.
• * Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• * Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• * Familiarity with online content moderation tools and systems is a plus.
• Experience:Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Working Hours:This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Shift work may be required to cover various time zones.
