We’re hiring a YouTube VA to manage channel publishing and optimization.
Responsibilities:
•Generate and Upload videos and schedule releases
• Write SEO titles, descriptions, tags
• Create thumbnails (Use Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Manage playlists + channel organization
• Suggest video topics based on analytics
• Weekly reporting on views, CTR, retention
Requirements:
• YouTube SEO knowledge
• Thumbnail design ability
• Understanding of audience retention
• Organized and consistent
We are looking for a manager who will take the lead in managing the all aspects of YouTube marketing for the company -- to grow the brand and help incentivize our viewers to head to our website, purchase products, join our membership programs and download our mobile app.
What's in it for you? This is an excellent opportunity to start small and see if it is a good fit for you. (2-3 quality videos per month to start, but increase from there once you develop a system. ) We recommend starting with a trial period that is an hourly rate for you. Once it looks like you are on board, we can look at a commission / bonus pay program for you where you are rewarded for high traffic, added subscribers and sales.
