What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule, coordinate, and create original content for various social media channels
- Develop and execute a content strategy to grow the audience and establish thought leadership
- Repurpose existing content into engaging social media posts
- Manage day-to-day tasks for each channel, including scheduling posts and engaging with comments
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and product positioning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a YouTube Channel Manager or Social Media Specialist
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful content creation
- Experience with video editing and YouTube-specific knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously
- Understanding of brand principles and audience engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator
