YouTube Channel Manager
We’re Hiring: YouTube Channel Manager (Remote) We are looking for a YouTube Channel Manager to help us manage and grow two YouTube accounts. If you are experienced in content creation, editing, and YouTube growth strategies, this is your chance to join a fast-growing media company! Job Responsibilities • Manage two YouTube channels on a daily basis • Edit and upload video content (we will provide clips, including short drama videos with full copyright) • Design and update channel content layout, banners, thumbnails, and playlists • Post videos consistently and optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum growth • Execute strategies to grow subscribers and reach YouTube Partner Program (YPP) eligibility in 80 days • Share knowledge and create content that educates audiences about joining short drama distribution projects (how they can earn money by posting our licensed content) • Track performance metrics (views, subscribers, watch hours) and prepare weekly growth reports Requirements • Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar) • Understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithm, and growth tactics • Graphic design skills for thumbnails, channel art, and promotional assets • Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results • Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about content and audience growth • Knowledge of short drama, entertainment, or online education content is a plus Compensation • $2,000/month (contract, remote role) • Bonus opportunities for performance and hitting growth milestones Work Style • 100% Remote • Flexible hours as long as posting schedules and growth targets are met How to Apply Please send: • Your resume or portfolio • Links to YouTube channels you’ve managed (with growth examples) • A short note on how you would achieve YPP (1,000 subscribers + 4,000 watch hours) within 80 days.
