Scriptwriting Scope: Ongoing work Expertise Level: Intermediate to Expert Location: USA Budget: Hourly ($15-35/hour depending on experience) Job Description: Our agency needs a reliable YouTube Channel Manager to handle multiple client channels on an ongoing basis. You'll work directly with the agency owner via Slack and be responsible for keeping content polished and audiences engaged. What You'll Deliver: 1. Custom thumbnail designs for each video that drive clicks and views. 2. Video editing with branded intro/outro slides and dynamic graphic fly-ins. 3. Ongoing engagement through YouTube posts, polls, and community features. 4. Video scripts when requested. Requirements: 1. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro). 2. Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). 3. Strong understanding of YouTube best practices and SEO. 4. Excellent written communication for script development. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
