Align Yoga & Strength is growing — and we’re seeking grounded, intuitive, and high-energy yoga teachers to join our team in Matawan, NJ. We specialize in yoga for students 40+, strength-based formats, and personalized instruction rooted in functional movement, mindfulness, and empowerment.
This is more than a teaching gig — it’s an opportunity to grow within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment where authenticity and integrity matter.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring local teachers within 10 miles of Matawan who are available for weekday mornings, evenings, and/or weekend mornings. Open to both experienced teachers and newer instructors who are coachable and ready to grow.
We’re especially seeking teachers skilled in (or eager to learn):
• TRX Yoga or Strength
• Mobility or Strength-Based Yoga
• Flow (Beginner to Intermediate)
• Prenatal Yoga

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
✅ Have a 200hr YTT (or higher)
✅ Are confident, creative, and musically intuitive in your sequencing
✅ Have experience working with students over 40, post-injury, or brand new to yoga
✅ Value hands-on assists, alignment, and intelligent cueing
✅ Are eager to grow as a teacher within a close-knit team
✅ We’ve found that our most successful teachers live close enough to be available consistently and connect with our in-studio community.
