About the Project I’m looking for an experienced professional to help remove ineligible negative reviews from my Yelp business page. Several of these reviews are nearly a decade old. Many were flagged previously but not removed; however, some clearly appear to violate Yelp’s Content Guidelines. What You’ll Do - Audit my Yelp page and identify reviews that plausibly violate Yelp policy. - Draft precise, policy-based flags/appeals and, where useful, professional owner responses that strengthen the case for removal. - Recommend escalation paths (follow-up flags, supporting documentation) while staying fully compliant with Yelp’s rules. - Track outcomes and iterate until a final decision is reached. What I’m Looking For - Proven track record getting policy-violating Yelp reviews removed (please share examples or anonymized case studies). - Deep understanding of Yelp’s Content Guidelines and moderation workflow. - Excellent written communication—clear, concise, and persuasive without sounding defensive. - Ethical approach only: no fake reviews, brigading, or TOS violations.
