Position: Sr. Commercial Lease Analyst w/ Yardi experience
Location: Tampa (HYBRID)
Client: Commercial Real Estate firm in Tampa, FL

Candidate must be able to hit the ground running with Yardi Voyager Commercial (NOT multi-family leasing). Yardi is a property management software / Real Estate ERP system.
Qualifications
Ā 5 years of property operations and/or real estate accounting experience required
Ā Experience abstracting, analyzing and interpreting real estate leases
Ā Candidate must be a highly proficient user of Yardi Commercial Suite software (Voyager Commercial, Lease Manager,
Ā Candidate must have an intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ā Candidate must possess excellent analytical skills, oral and written communication, and has great attention to detail
Ā Candidate must be a team player as well as be capable of working independently
Ā Candidate must be able to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and work cross-departmentally
Ā Candidate must have the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with moderate supervision
Ā Candidate must possess and demonstrate core values of humility, integrity, accountability, open & honest communication, by embracing teamwork (H.I. A.C.T.)
Ā Candidate must be able to work in a hybrid work environment whereby in-office work in Tampa, FL is required three days per week
Responsibilities
Ā Under the supervision of the SVP & Chief Accounting Officer, the Senior Lease Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial lease administration and analysis
Ā These aspects include CAM reconciliations, CPI increases as well as abstract and analysis of all lease related documents
Ā The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Yardi, specifically with respect to the commercial module
Ā Abstract leases and maintain accurate lease related data in Yardi
Ā Project manage lease entry and approvals in Yardi during acquisition process
Ā Periodically audit lease data and provide updated reporting
Ā Perform Rent Reviews and CPI Rent Increase Escalations
Ā Analyze critical lease data including lease dates, lease rates, lease options and clauses to ensure adherence to lease
Ā Participate in budgeting and forecasting process
Ā Prepare CAM Estimates and Reconciliations
Ā Collaborate across departments for various company projects and initiatives
Ā Create all tenant related billings ensuring accurate tenant ledgers
Ā Propose initiatives for efficiencies and enhancements
Ā Perform ad-hoc analyses, special projects and reporting as directed
