As a Project Coordinator at Terabase Energy, you will play an integral role in orchestrating the operational aspects of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) projects, ensuring that all facets of project management are handled efficiently from inception through to completion. Ensure meticulous organization and timely completion of project documentation, procurement tracking, invoicing, scheduling, and communication flows. Manage project financial setups, including creation of Project IDs in NetSuite and maintenance of project cash flows and cost documentation. Coordinate with internal teams like Supply Chain and Proposal teams to refine project cost sheets and other crucial documents. Oversee the creation and updating of Project Information Pages and SharePoint folders to ensure all project details and documentation are current and accessible. Setup and manage project-related tasks in JIRA, aligning project timelines with engineering deliverables. Handle compliance documentation including Certificates of Insurance and contract compliance. Update project logs, dashboards, and schedules to reflect real-time progress and resource allocation. Facilitate communication and documentation flow between project managers, engineers, and clients, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of project deliverables. Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the energy sector or related fields. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools such as NetSuite, JIRA, and SharePoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Understanding of project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost management. Ability to read and understand technical documents, including contracts and technical specifications. Experience with SCADA systems or in the solar energy sector is highly desirable. Skills in additional project management software tools are a plus. Capability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing project requirements. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the energy sector. Bilingual abilities for global project coordination could be advantageous.
