Worldwide Travel Advisor: Remote Work
We are seeking a remote Travel Advisor! As a Travel Advisor, you are responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating travel details, taking all client requests into consideration, researching the best vacation package, contacting your client to detail the quote, confirming the agreed-upon vacation package price, and entering in payment information.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Arrange accommodation and travel services to clients including planning itineraries
ā¢ Confer with clients to determine destination, mode of transportation, apt travel dates, financial consideration, and accommodation required for travel
ā¢ Provide clients with area-specific travel information such as point of interest, restaurants, and special events
ā¢ Communicate international travel procedures such as passport, visa, and other requirements
ā¢ Imparts international travel information such as customs regulations and currency exchange rate
ā¢ Stay up to date on the latest travel restrictions
ā¢ Participate in ongoing company and vendor training
