Mollie is hiring Working Students to support our Operations teams on a flexible, part-time basis in Maastricht. This is a hybrid support role that offers valuable exposure to compliance operations and customer service, with opportunities for future full-time employment.What you’ll be doingComplete account screening reviewsConduct website verificationsEnsure adherence to Know Your Customer(KYC)/CDD quality standardsProvide weekend phone supportPerform tasks associated with cards and managing online reputationWhat you'll bringEnrolled in a University & HBO (bachelor’s or master’s)Fluent in English and Dutch, other European languages are a plusStrong communicator with a customer service mindsetDetail-oriented, organised, and able to work independentlyAvailable to work weekendsMust reside in the Netherlands*Please note that this is a contract for 4 months
