Workfront Program Manager
We're partnering with a leading insurance company, to find a talented Workfront Program Manager for a remote contract role. This position is ideal for candidates with strong project management experience supporting business planning and process enhancements. The role involves overseeing a platform migration, data optimization, and collaboration across teams. The engagement duration is 10-26 weeks.

*Workfront Program Manager Responsibilities:*
* Lead the transition process from Asana to Workfront, ensuring seamless adoption.
* Manage and update business planning and OKR data within the Workfront platform.
* Convert strategic business plans and OKRs into actionable Project structures in Workfront.
* Organize and manipulate data in Workfront to support reporting and resource planning.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and improve workflows in Workfront.
*Workfront Program Manager Qualifications:*
* Extensive hands-on experience with Workfront, preferably in an enterprise setting.
* Proven skill in organizing large data sets within Workfront efficiently.
* Support experience in business planning operations and managing OKR frameworks.
* Ability to translate strategic objectives into detailed execution plans.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on process optimization.
