Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
Coordinate and manage project activities, including needs analysis, curriculum design, and evaluation processes
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of project goals
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
Oversee the design and development of learning materials, including instructor-led training and e-learning modules
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing learning and development environment
Proven success in overseeing the design and development of learning materials
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Extensive project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
7+ years as a project manager or project lead in a manufacturing learning and development environment
Proficiency in project management software and tools
