About the Job • Title: Claims Examiner - Workers Compensation • Term: Contract (until May 2026 or longer) • Location: Remote anywhere in Texas • Pay Rate: $44.16 Hourly • Hours: M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM • Earn a $500 referral bonus once your referral completes 90 billable days. Summary: To analyze complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due; to work with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation; to ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices and specific client service requirements; and to identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.
