About the Role An established insurance organization is seeking an experienced
Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster
to manage a caseload of indemnity claims. This role will focus on investigation, compensability decisions, reserve management, and timely claim resolution while ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania jurisdictional requirements.

This is a great opportunity for an adjuster who is comfortable handling lost time claims and working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation claims (primarily indemnity/lost time)
• Investigate claims and determine compensability
• Establish appropriate reserves and adjust as needed
• Coordinate medical treatment and return-to-work plans
• Work with defense attorneys on litigated claims
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits
• Maintain detailed file documentation and diary management
• Communicate regularly with employers, injured workers, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania WC regulations and timelines

Qualifications
• 3+ years of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation claims experience preferred
• Experience handling indemnity/lost time claims required
• Pennsylvania Adjuster License (if required) or ability to obtain
• Experience handling litigated claims preferred
• Strong reserve authority and claim investigation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Experience
• TPA or carrier background
• Experience with Pennsylvania Bureau reporting requirements
• Experience with litigation management
• Multi-state experience is a plus
