ā¢ *Job Title: Workday Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Workday Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Workday ecosystem. This role involves configuring Workday modules, developing integrations, supporting business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR and Finance solutions.
ā¢ *Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements
ā¢ Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Financials
ā¢ Design, build, and support Workday integrations using tools like EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
ā¢ Develop calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and business process frameworks (BPFs)
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures
ā¢ Support Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment
ā¢ Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies
ā¢ Provide user support, training, and documentation
ā¢ Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and functionality
ā¢ *Required Qualifications
ā¢ 7+ years of experience working with Workday
ā¢ Strong experience in at least one functional area (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.)
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors)
ā¢ Knowledge of Workday reporting tools and calculated fields
ā¢ Understanding of business process design and configuration
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
