Position: Workday Technical Analyst (Compliance/Reporting)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Collaborate on Workday integrations, configurations, and custom reports.
ā¢ Analyze technical logs, reproduce issues, and create detailed cases.
ā¢ Support compliance reporting, audits, and regulatory testing.
ā¢ Optimize configurations, SOPs, and processes for performance and automation.
ā¢ Expand expertise in Workday tools (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Calculated Fields).
ā¢ Test integrations, interpret results, and document findings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ā¢ 2+ years ERP experience (Workday preferred; PeopleSoft, Lawson, SAP acceptable).
ā¢ Workday Pro/Partner Certification (preferred).
ā¢ Basic programming in C, C++, Java, Python, or C#.
ā¢ Compliance expertise (SOX workflows, audit reports, role-based security, PII handling).
ā¢ Agile/SDLC tools (Jira, ADO).
ā¢ Regulated industry experience (healthcare, finance, government).
ā¢ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
