Workday Functional Consultant
Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant Location: Remote Experience: 8–11 Years Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and functional configurations while working closely with global teams. Key Responsibilities Act as a functional expert for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Build and support Workday integrations including Studio and PECI Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Manage configurations, enhancements, change requests, and production support Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration flows Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams (PST time zone) Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM Strong functional expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules Experience with Workday Integrations: Studio, PECI, EIB, Core Connectors (preferred) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Must be comfortable working in PST shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
