About The Role We are looking for a talented Workday Financials Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting clients during their transition to Workday Financials. We need someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, has solid experience in Workday Financials, and is eager to contribute to impactful projects. Key Responsibilities Become a Workday Financials expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation (C2C/O2C expertise). Recommend the best solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe, adapting scope as needed. Guide customers through design sessions and configuration decisions aligned with best practices. Support clients through all phases of the project, ensuring smooth migration from legacy systems to Workday. Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping stakeholders informed of progress. Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, including shadow assignments. Actively participate in update training and share knowledge internally. Requirements 2–5 years of experience with Workday Financials. Strong knowledge of design, configuration, and implementation processes. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote settings. Preferred Qualification Experience with other ERP Financials systems. Background in financial services or consulting.
