Job Opportunity: Workday Change Lead - US (Spanish-Speaking) Start: ASAP End: July 2026 Type: Contract Location: US - Remote (with LATAM project focus) We are seeking an experienced Workday Change Lead to join a large-scale transformation project with a focus on the LATAM region. This role will be responsible for leading change management initiatives across multiple workstreams, with particular emphasis on Spanish-speaking stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience driving organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies within global Workday programs. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the day-to-day Change Manager, ensuring execution of all assigned workstream change management activities. • Facilitate weekly change management meetings with customer teams, driving alignment, accountability, and progress. • Develop and deliver communications and training materials, aligned with the client's Statement of Work (SOW). • Prepare and distribute meeting notes and maintain updated weekly project status reports. • Lead and collaborate with assigned Change Management consultants/leads, aligning on strategy, risks, and deliverables. • Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure effective adoption, readiness, and user engagement throughout the Workday transformation. Qualifications & Skills • Proven experience as a Change Lead or Change Manager within Workday implementations (required). • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar). • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and cultures. • Experience creating communications and training deliverables for executive and end-user audiences. • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Consulting background or experience in multinational, LATAM-focused projects preferred.
