The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of the brand's voice and products. Additionally, the position involves tracking customer interactions, analyzing chat data to improve service, and collaborating with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
