As an Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in curating exceptional trips for leisure clients across the globe. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with clients to identify their preferences and needs
Recommend suitable destinations, transportation modes, dates, estimated costs, and accommodation options
Arrange and book transportation, lodging, insurance, and other relevant services
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry updates
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
Strong communication skills are essential, with a background in sales being a significant advantage
Possession of a smartphone with internet access is mandatory. While having a laptop is recommended, it is not a strict requirement
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory
