Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgments quickly
Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and handling sensitive content
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Prior moderation or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Monitor and review user-generated content including product reviews, photos, and Q&As
Apply Wayfair’s content guidelines and policies to approve or remove submissions
Escalate complex cases or trends to the trust and safety team
Help identify process improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate documentation of moderation decisions
Ensure a high level of content integrity and platform safety
